Based in Los Angeles, 90s Nation draws on influences from some of the greatest bands of the 90's and touches on some newer artists that have shaped the music scene in recent years and seem to fit right in with the nostalgic 90's.

Brian McShea and The Sidemen are an alt rock jam band put together by bandleader Brian McShea.  Armed with a rainbow of songs written and scored by Brian, the hornline explodes with improvisational energy as the rhythm section never stops burning.  Whether it's the fire of Will Trueblood's trumpet or the thunderous pocket of drummer Sam Ward, each Sidemen show seems to top the last. 

An alternative project forged by collaborators, Sonder City melds various aspects of pop, rock, and electronic elements and speaks to an evolving cross-section of the human psyche. With soaring melodies at the core, it drives striding pianos into shimmering, ambient spaces, lacing them with driving percussion and shiny synth anthems.
